All matters and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these program terms, or the rights and obligations of any participant and Paper Ghost Digital, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States (specifically the State of California and/or Missouri), without regard to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified as narrowly as necessary to make it valid and enforceable while maintaining its original intent.
